Fabulous New Year!

Hi Y'all!  Here is a card using more Lawn Fawn stamps!  Challenge Fun, hooray!  I just got back from Vegas a few weeks ago - so their sparkle and glitz inspired this card.  To cut the shape of the sign, I used a cut file from the Silhouette store and just layered it with pop dots.
