Just Hello Card for Neat and Tangled

Hi Y'all!  Just a quick post for the Little Tangles Challenge #12.

I love Neat & Tangled Stamps, they are so adorable!  The style lends itself to the Clean & Simple world of card making.  It is "outside the box" for me to do CAS, but I can't resist the stamps!!!
